| Eric K. Jungbluth |

Eric joined CPG International Inc. (CPG) as Chief Executive Officer in 2008. Mr. Jungbluth joins CPG International from HNI Corporation, where he served as an Executive Vice President and the President of The HON Company. Mr. Jungbluth joined HNI Corporation in 2003 as President of Allsteel Inc. Prior to joining Allsteel, Mr. Jungbluth held several senior roles at Moen Incorporated (a division of Fortune Brands) including Vice President of National Accounts, Vice President of Business Development, and VP/General Manager of CSI Accessories. Mr. Jungbluth also spent two years at Kirsch (a division of Newell) as Vice President of Sales, and ten years at Warner Lambert in sales, marketing, and brand management roles. Mr. Jungbluth has a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin with a major in accounting and finance.

Scott Harrison |
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer |
Scott Harrison became our Executive Vice President in December 2006 and Chief Financial Officer on February 10, 2006. Mr. Harrison joined us in November 2005 as our Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining us, Mr. Harrison was director of business development at Silgan Plastics Corporation since 2003. Prior to joining Silgan Plastics, Mr. Harrison held various positions with First Union Capital Partners and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Mr. Harrison received a B.A. in economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Ralph Bruno |
President, AZEK Building Products, Inc. |
Ralph Bruno, President, AZEK® Building Products, Inc., joined us in 2001 as Vice President of Sales and marketing for AZEK® Trimboards. Mr. Bruno was responsible for the development of the AZEK® Trimboards brand, including the development of the distribution, dealer and sales force network. He was promoted to President of AZEK® Trimboards in 2003 and President Vycom Corp. in June 2006. Prior to joining CPG Mr. Bruno served as a National Sales Manager with Trex Corp., the leading brand of composite decking, from 1991 to 2001. He received a B.A. from Cortland (NY) State University in 1985.

Chris Bardasian |
President Scranton Products |
Bardasian began his professional career at Hobart Corporation in 1977 and went onto Bendix Automation and Measurement in January of 1981. Chris held positions within the manufacturing, information technology and sales organizations, advancing through supervisory and senior management roles. In 1992, Bardasian began his career with Akron, Ohio-based Alside. For over 8 years Bardasian acted as VP & General Manager of Alside’s UltraGuard Vinyl Fencing, Railing and Decking Division, reporting directly to Alside’s chief executive officer. Bardasian’s responsibilities involved managing all aspects of the business unit, including: manufacturing operations, sales & marketing. Bardasian completed his career with Alside managing their largest single operating unit, a siding facility in Ennis, Texas. In 2004 Bardasian joined Procell where he manages the Sales & Marketing for Procell as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Kevin Sloan |
Senior Vice President Operations AZEK Building Products |
Kevin began his professional career at The GSI Group in 1977 were he held various management positions and was appointed President of Heritage Vinyl Fence, a division of GSI, in 1989. He later also served as Vice President of Operations for GSI from 1997 until 2002.
In 1996, Heritage Vinyl Fence was sold to Outdoor Technology, which is the largest vinyl fence manufacturer today. In 2003, Kevin established Procell, the decking composite manufacturing company based in Foley, AL, which was acquired by CPG in January 2007.

Ken Buck |
Senior Vice President Human Resources |
Ken Buck joined the company in 2008 as Senior Vice President Human Resources. Mr. Buck joins us with an extensive career in Human Resource Management covering manufacturing, systems engineering, information technology and service businesses. Leadership positions include Human Resource specialty, senior management and officer roles in both public and private companies including; SI Handling Systems, Lutron Electronics, Sytex Inc. and Lockheed Martin Company. Ken has chaired or served as a board member for a number of community/educational institutions in the Lehigh Valley area and as an adjunct lecturer in HR at Lehigh and DeSales Universities. He received his bachelors in Psychology from Kutztown University and his M.S. in Human Resources from American University in Washington D.C.
